Fees for British services are set in pounds and paid online, by card. Where a fee is not published, we say so and do not copy a figure from an agency.

This page gathers the fees that apply to people in the U.S. and what most procedures ask for. Each figure links to the official page it comes from.

  • A digital photo taken in the last month, for passports and emergency documents
  • Original documents or official copies; photocopies are not accepted for passports
  • Certified translations of anything not in English
  • A card for online payment
  • An appointment, for anything done in person at a consulate
  • Fees for people in the U.S.
